Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taana-Baana (“the App”, “the Service”), located at https://taana-baana.lovable.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Taana-Baana is a personal organization, time-blocking, and shared planning tool designed for individuals and partners. Access is by invitation only: the Service operates on an invite-only pod model, with no public sign-up. Features include calendar scheduling, ritual tracking, task dumping, and optional integrations with third-party health services (such as Google Health / Fitbit) to display personal sleep and exercise blocks, and with your own AI assistant (via the MCP server / Claude connector) to read your calendar and activity summaries when you explicitly authorize and prompt it.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

  • Taana-Baana displays sleep and physical activity metrics retrieved from connected trackers or entered manually for organizational and informational purposes only.
  • The Service does not provide medical, diagnostic, health, or clinical advice.
  • You should not rely on information in the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with questions regarding your health or medical conditions.

5. Third-Party Services and APIs

  • Taana-Baana allows you to connect external accounts, including Google APIs. Google integrations use read-only scopes (sign-in identity, sleep sessions, and exercise sessions) and cannot modify anything in your Google account.
  • Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • The Service runs on Lovable Cloud (database and server hosting, via Supabase) and delivers push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google).
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or downtime of third-party APIs. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time within the App settings; doing so deletes the stored Google OAuth tokens immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code without proper authorization.
  • Abuse, harass, or infringe upon the rights of other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, user interfaces, and trademarks associated with Taana-Baana are the intellectual property of the App developer, unless otherwise specified. You retain ownership of any content or personal schedule data you input into the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Taana-Baana is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of Taana-Baana be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the App and requesting data deletion; such deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Disconnecting a Google integration removes the associated OAuth tokens from our servers immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
